State Beauty Supply ships within South and Central AL only. We currently do not ship outside of Alabama. We regret we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or to international addresses at this time. Orders can only be shipped to the shipping address we have on file for you and cannot be modified through state-rda.com. Shipping Confirmation

Upon check-out, an email will be sent to you with a copy of your order. Once your order has shipped or is out for delivery by your sales representative, an additional email to confirm shipment with tracking (when applicable) will be sent. Delivery Times

Average handling time is within 24 hours. We will not promise same day thru e-commerce as of yet UPS estimated turn around is 2-3 business days depending how far the delivery address is.

You can view the status and tracking (if applicable) for your order by selecting "My Orders" on the account dashboard. Please contact the store or you Sale Reps for any questions.
